This website is operated by OzWit. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to OzWit. OzWit offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including the policies referred to here or linked from here, such as our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 13).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using this site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, break any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

If you breach these Terms, we may stop providing the Service to you.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We may refuse service to anyone at any time. If we decline an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service or any content on the website, without our written permission.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We take care to make sure the product information on our site, including descriptions, sizes, weights and prices, is accurate. General information on the site, such as camping, cooking and travel articles, is provided for general interest and may not always be complete or current, so please check important details with other sources before relying on them.

This site may contain historical information, which is provided for reference only. We may change the contents of this site at any time.

SECTION 4 - CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, and price changes do not affect orders already placed.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS
Certain products may be available only online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and can be returned or exchanged according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.

We may limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and may limit the quantities of any products we offer. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address, phone number or billing address you gave us, and we will refund anything you have paid for the cancelled part of the order.

We may limit or decline orders that, in our judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors we have not agreed to supply. Trade buyers are welcome to contact us about wholesale.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to update it promptly if it changes, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may give you access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided by the third party on its own terms, and your use of them is at your own discretion, so please make sure you are familiar with those terms.

Our "Shop with AI" assistant is an automated tool provided by Microsoft. It can make mistakes. The product page and checkout show the correct product details, prices and postage, and if they differ from what the assistant says, the product page and checkout apply.

New features or tools added to the website are also subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Some content, products and services on our site may include material from third parties.

Third-party links on this site may take you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for checking or evaluating their content or accuracy, or for any third-party materials, websites, products or services. Please review the third party's policies and practices carefully before you engage in any transaction with them. Complaints, claims, concerns or questions about third-party products should be directed to the third party.

You further agree that your comments will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility for comments posted by you or any third party.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, postage charges, delivery times and availability. We may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and change or update information, at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you, and you can choose to go ahead with the order at the correct details or cancel it for a full refund.

SECTION 13 - YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We work hard to keep this website running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

SECTION 14 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
These Terms apply until they are ended by you or us. You may end them at any time by telling us you no longer wish to use our Services, or by no longer using our site. If you do not comply with these Terms, we may end them and refuse you access to our Services. Anything owed for orders already placed, including any refund we owe you, remains payable.

If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, we have not given up that right. These Terms and the policies on this site make up the agreement between you and us for your use of the Service. This does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 17 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep any rights the consumer laws of that country give you.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect orders placed before then. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when these Terms last changed.
