Our Quokka fire pits and accessories are stored and shipped by courier from our warehouse in Brisbane, in most cases same day shipping applies. A tracking number will be sent to your email for you to track your shipment.
If other items are ordered from our website along with items stored in our warehouse we will ship them out separately with tracking numbers supplied.
Our mats are stored in a warehouse and shipped out Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's by courier. Authority to leave will be automatically applied in most cases if it's safe to do so, otherwise a pick up will have to be arranged with the courier company.
All other products are shipped with tracking by Australia Post, same or next day shipping. Tracking can be found on the Australia post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.
You can track your shipment by using the tracking number supplied. If you have difficulty tracking this, feel free to contact us and we will track it for you. Please allow 3 to 7 working days in most cases, but in high demand times such as Christmas it's advisable to allow extra time.
