Change of Mind

If you are not happy with your purchase or you have purchased the incorrect size, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. The item will be received and the exchange or a voucher of the same value will be offered. The item must be returned at the expense of the customer and a return prepaid postal bag must be sent with the item for an exchange. OzWit will exchange goods provided they are in brand new condition with all tags attached, proof of purchase and a prepaid return parcel bag enclosed.

Please note that these items must be returned in brand new, salable condition to be exchanged for change of mind or sizing errors (not in the case of manufacturing faults).

Damaged or Faulty Products

Please contact us if you have a damaged or faulty item. We will do our best to address your issue. If the item needs to be returned, it will be sent at the expense of the customer. An examination of the product will take place to determine if it is manufacturing fault or wear and tear. If the item is found damaged or faulty due to manufacturing error, OzWit will cover the expense (within reason) of postage and either fix or replace the item. If it is determined to be wear and tear damage, it can be sent back at the customers expense. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: The cost of returning any product is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs. Freight charges are not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind exchange or wear and tear/negligence.

Warranty   

Please note that our products fall under one of three return policy (RP) categories. RP01 is twelve months warranty. RP02 is six months warranty. RP03 is three months warranty. Please check product pages for information on specific items and their warranties.

RP01

These products have twelve months manufacturer's warranty. The item will not be refunded or exchanged due to wear and tear, mistreatment or change of mind. Proof of purchase must be provided.

RP02

These products have six months manufacturer's warranty. The item will not be refunded or exchanged due to wear and tear or mistreatment or change of mind. Proof of purchase must be provided.

RP03

These products have three months manufacturer's warranty. The item will not be refunded or exchanged due to wear and tear, mistreatment or change of mind. Proof of purchase must be provided.

The above warranty is limited to manufacturing and material defects. Not including damage caused by misuse or abuse, wear and tear, extreme weather, accidents, incorrect set up, damage caused by mould, insects, animals or children.
