If the eyelets, binding or stitching has a manufacturer fault, lodge a claim submission online and repairs will be carried out with a local repairer.
After use:
Exclusions: the bag, and any faults or failures caused by improper use, abuse, excessive wear and tear, exposure to extreme direct sunlight, or acts of nature such as fire.
