Honey Roasted Lamb Shanks Ingredients 4 lamb shanksMarinade¼ cup soy sauce½ cup honey1 tbsp rosemary1 tbsp crushed garlic2 tbsp olive oil   Method In a large container add soy sauce, honey, rosemary, garlic and oil, whisk until well combined. ROAST PORK WITH CRACKLING INGREDIENTS 2kg rolled loin pork 1 cup hot water 3 tbsp oil 2 tbsp salt METHOD Pre heat camp oven. Rinse pork skin with hot water to open the pores of the fat.
